Common Drugs for Coronary Heart Disease
If   blood vessel blockage is not serious, surgery is not required.  The condition  can be treated with drugs.  Drugs may  reduce cardiac oxygen consumption to  reduce heart beat rate and  lower blood pressure  or increase expansion of coronary artery,  so that narrow blood vessels may expand. However, there is no drug that can fully expand narrowed  blood vessels to normal conditions.

Commonly used drugs  include aspirin and Clopidogrel. Aspirin is an anti-platelet drug, an invention of  heart-shaped receptor blockers and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors in serum (ACEinhibitor) .  It is for  myocardial ischemia caused by coronary heart disease symptoms and treatment of complications.

When patients experience unstable angina during drug treatment, they  may need to go through  a  coronary angioplasty  operation. When there is a  heart attack, patients may have the following symptoms: angina, pain in the heart of the front,  feeling of oppression, and sometimes the pain will be transmitted to the chin, back, shoulders, the patient may have asthma during angina, dizziness , symptoms of heart disorder and so on.
